Jordan is responsible for performing research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends; including the creation of digital marketing specifications and content appropriate for the brand’s customer personas, ensuring content strategy meets organization objectives, building strategic partnerships, and measuring the organization’s marketing ROI. Additionally, Jordan manages Armoloy’s social media campaigns, and search engine optimization activities, while developing editorial and content governance guidelines.
